Answer and explanation
Correct answer: D. 1981
Triglav National Park is the only national park in Slovenia, in the northwest of the country. Earlier protection did not reach all the aims of a true national park, so it was officially established in its modern form in 1981, with a new concept and an area of 838 km². It expanded again in 2010.
