According to the passage, when did the library close before the change?
For years the Greenfield Library closed at five o'clock on weekdays. Last month the town council voted to keep it open until eight in the evening, and the result has surprised many people. Attendance has doubled, and the busiest hours are between five and seven, when parents and workers arrive after finishing their jobs. The librarian, Ms. Ortiz, says that she had not expected so many adults to come to study. The library has now added a quiet room for people who are preparing for exams, and volunteers help with computer classes on Tuesday nights.
