How do I join my teacher's class? Sign in, open Join a class and enter the code your teacher gave you.

How does a teacher start? Choose "Teacher" when you sign up, then create a class. Share the join code, or paste a list of student emails to invite them.

How do schools work? A school owner creates the school, invites teachers, and each teacher adds classes under the school. The owner sees an overview of every class.

What is a family group? Up to five people. The owner can see the others' progress. The parent can set homework for the children and see how they are doing. Everyone keeps their own account. See Parents and teenagers.

How do I make my own flashcards? Open Create, add cards (or paste "term, definition" lines), and choose Private or Share by link.

How do timed tests work? The timer runs on our server, answers save as you go, and you see full explanations after you submit. Refreshing the page will not lose your place.

Are my scores official? No. They are practice results and estimates.

I found a wrong answer. Tap Report a problem on the question and we will look at it.

How old do I have to be? You must be at least 13 to create an account, and if you are under 18 please ask a parent or guardian first. See the Terms of Use.

How do I delete my account or download my data? Both are in Settings. For anything else see Data requests and complaints.
