Which conclusion is best supported by the sleep passage?
Many students believe that studying late into the night is the best way to prepare for an exam. Scientists have found the opposite. During sleep the brain organizes what we learned during the day and stores it as memory. Rested students are alert in class and can concentrate for longer. They also make fewer mistakes when they solve problems. A good night's sleep is not a luxury but a tool. Most teenagers need between eight and ten hours each night.
