The service

The site is free and provided "as is". We may change, pause or remove features at any time.

Age and permission

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you should ask a parent or guardian before you sign up. Where the law of your country sets a higher age below which a parent or guardian must agree (for example up to 16 in parts of Europe, or 18 in India), you must have their permission to use the site. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these conditions. Teachers and schools who add students are responsible for having any permission required where they are.

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

Acceptable use

Do not: break the law; harass or harm others; upload unlawful, hateful, sexual or infringing content; try to break, probe or overload the site; scrape it in bulk; share exam questions that you are not allowed to share; or use the site to cheat in a real examination.

Your content

You keep ownership of the sets, questions and text you create. You give us permission to store them and to show them to the people you choose to share them with (for example your class, your family group, or anyone with your link), and to make technical copies needed to run the site. Do not upload material you have no right to share. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms, and we act on reports.

Copyright

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, follow the steps on our Copyright and takedown page. We remove infringing material and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Exam names and trademarks

Names such as SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, JEE, NEET, CAT and the names of other exams and exam bodies belong to their owners. They are used on this site only to say which exam our practice material is for. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any exam body.

Practice material and scores

Questions, explanations and scores are practice material only. They are not official, and estimated scores may differ from real results. Do not rely on the site for decisions that need certainty. If you find a mistake, use "Report a problem" and we will look at it.

Teachers, schools and families

Group owners are responsible for who they invite and for using progress information respectfully and lawfully. Study groups have no chat; do not use nicknames or set names to harass or identify others.

Availability

We try to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, or for content created by users. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important we will tell signed-in users. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of West Bengal, India, have jurisdiction, except that if you live elsewhere and the law of your country gives you the right to bring a dispute in your own courts, that right is not affected.
